Hi all,

This weekend Bollywood came to South Shields in the form of a huge Street Festival that wound its way along the seafront. It featured bollywood dancers, giant stilt walkers, an elephant with glowing eyes and fire eaters. The procession started at gypsies green and wound its way along the road finishing at the Little Haven car park. It featured performances from the Kobo Productions, Nutkut and featured Kobo Productios. They performed a breathtaking re-enactment of the Fate de Mariage wedding Party to a huge crowd which ended with a fabulous Fireworks display which was put on by Alchemy fireworks.

Now as a relative newcomer to "shields" i have been amazed by the events that have been put on Free of charge !! The 2 day festival included performers from all over the world and is just a sample of the entertainment that is on offer over the summer. Other shown included a concert featuring Gareth gates and Xfactor's Stacy Soloman... who needs Glastonbury or T in the park eh !!

A selection of images can be found in the Gallery, just follow the link.

See you all next time

Little girl lost....

Hey all.. I covered a wedding recently and was lucky enough to capture a beautiful little girl. She was a relation of the groom and was very shy and quiet not the photograph me type at all... BUT my goodness when i turned my camera on her she just light up the lens. I thought they would be nice but when i got home and looked at them i was realy impressed with her.
Another beautiful lady i photographed turned out to be a surprise... it just shows you can never be totaly sure the camera will like you !!
